designed to accommodate the business rules associated with interview and document
creation. You’ll also find everything you need to perform actions covering technologies
such as database communication, XML and email. The KBX script interpreter offers full colour coded
syntax with key-by-key Intellisense, and includes a two-tier reporting system highlighting critical and non-critical issues.

The KBX version control system

All systems created using KBX In-site benefit from the KBX version control system.
Each project is promoted through every phase in a controlled manner ensuring only tested software achieves live status. Depending on the level the project has attained,
the system alters the user environment to reflect the level dictated by the knowledge base version.
It is therefore impossible to issue Beta or Alpha software into a live environment.

As with any system, the more information you wish to hold, the more complex things become. KBX In-site has a unique referencing tool called the DataGenie, which records the definitions you allocate to stored information.
In addition to controlling internal KBX stored data, the DataGenie provides a system for cross-referencing databases. Simply import the database schema you need and reference the appropriate KBX stores. Once referenced, KBX will automatically include relevant database column names, formatting and conversion profiles into your scripts.
